Currency

If the customer is not satisfied with the order for any reason, the products may be returned for a refund or exchange (size or color) within 14 days of the delivery date.


ORIGINAL CONDITION

Returned items must be free of defects and in the same condition as when they were shipped, complete with the original packaging and the tamper-evident seal still intact.

Unused items may be returned within 14 days of the delivery date, upon request and confirmation from care@rodo.it.


REQUEST FOR RETURN AUTHORIZATION

The right of withdrawal is deemed to have been exercised correctly if the following conditions are met:

  • Within fourteen (14) days of receiving the products, you must submit a return request to care@rodo.it, indicating:
    • order number (in the subject line of the message)
    • item number
    • size to return or exchange
    • reason for return
  • Alternatively, you can request a return by calling +39 0733 55 9711 (Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM).
  • The products must meet all of the original conditions listed above.
  • To ensure more efficient service, please email the return shipment tracking information to care@rodo.it.

Returns must be pre-approved by our customer service department.


RETURN POLICY

The Customer may choose from the following options:


1. EXCHANGE FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE OR COLOR

Exchanges are available only for countries within the European Union.

Items can be exchanged for a different size or color of the same product code, if available. Exchanges for different items are not permitted.

The new item will be shipped after we receive and inspect the returned product.

Articles must be:

  • not defective
  • unworn, unaltered, and unwashed
  • complete with all labels

The merchandise must be returned in a single package.

All exchange shipments are made using the same carrier as the original delivery (FedEx).

We reserve the right to refuse returns that are shipped at different times but are related to the same order.

Shipping for exchanges is free.

2. REFUND

We will refund the cost of the returned products, but not any original shipping costs.

Once we have received and inspected the items, we will issue a refund.

  • Credit card payment: The refund will appear within approximately 10 days (processing times may vary depending on the bank).
  • Bank transfer: The refund will be issued to the original account.

Refunds will be issued in the same currency as the purchase. Any exchange rate differences will not be refunded.


TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF RETURN

Customers may return unused items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or size exchange.

Articles must meet the following requirements:

  • They must not be worn, altered, or washed
  • They must not show any signs of wear
  • The soles of the shoes must be in perfect condition

Items must be returned with:

  • all original tags
  • original packaging
  • any included accessories

Shoes and accessories must be returned in their original boxes, which must not be damaged or used as outer packaging.

IMPORTANT

Returns that do not meet the above conditions will not be accepted.

Only one return request is allowed per order, which may include multiple products.


RETURN SHIPMENTS

Return shipping is free in all countries.

Once the package has been handed over to the courier designated by RODO, the Customer is relieved of all liability in the event of loss or damage during transit.

RODO reserves the right to refuse returns that are unauthorized or do not comply with the policy.

In the event of non-compliant returns, the merchandise will be returned to the sender.

RODO also reserves the right to request photographic evidence of defective items before authorizing a return.

In the event of defective merchandise or a shipping error, RODO will cover the return shipping costs or reimburse any costs incurred.

Items that have been washed, worn, or altered will not be accepted.

RODO reserves the right to inspect returned merchandise and determine the refund amount based on the condition of the product.
