Orders and shipments
ORDERS AND SHIPPING RODO orders are delivered Monday through Friday between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM, excluding Italian holidays. RODO cannot be held responsible for delivery delays caused by weather conditions, international customs issues, or any other circumstances beyond the control of offseason.rodo.it.
SHIPPING DOCUMENTS
In accordance with international laws governing imports and exports, all RODO orders are shipped from Italy with an invoice or other official documentation stating the exact total amount of the purchased goods.
Under regulations governing international imports, it is illegal to declare a lower amount.
All shipments destined for countries outside the European Union, as required by customs regulations, are accompanied by an invoice stating the value of the goods in €.
SHIPMENT TRACKING
You will receive a notification email from rodo.it or FedEx with the tracking number as soon as our customer service team processes your shipment.
To track a package, you can visit the official FedEx website and enter the tracking number provided in the email.
SHIPPING INSURANCE
In the event of theft or accidental damage, RODO shipments are insured at no additional cost to the customer.
Once the shipment has been delivered, the goods will no longer be covered by insurance.
ATTENTION
RODO does not ship to P.O. boxes.
DELIVERY SERVICE
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from FedEx containing the tracking number and the estimated delivery date.
You can also manage your delivery (change the address, reschedule the delivery, or pick up your order at a FedEx location).
SHIPPING TIME
Shipments are made via FedEx.
- Italy: 1–3 business days
- European Union: 2–4 business days
- United Kingdom: 2–4 business days
- Rest of the world: 3–6 business days
All shipments are tracked and insured at no extra cost.
Please note that shipping times are approximate and are based on the date of shipment.
RODO cannot be held responsible for delays in customs clearance or payment approval, although we will do our best to minimize any inconvenience.
SHIPPING CHARGES
Italy
Shipping is free with no spending limit.
European Union
For orders from EU countries, shipping costs €10.
United Kingdom
For orders shipped to the UK, shipping costs €20.
Rest of the World
For orders outside the EU (excluding the United Kingdom), shipping costs €30.
Note: If a package is not picked up for any reason, any shipping or import costs associated with the return will be deducted from your refund.
Note: To ensure that prices, taxes, and shipping costs are displayed accurately, we recommend selecting the correct country using the selector on the website.
TAXES AND DUTIES.
RODO ships using the DTP (Duty and Taxes Paid) option, so taxes and duties are included in the following countries: Austria, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, the Czech Republic, Denmark, the United Arab Emirates, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Japan, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Kuwait, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Qatar, Romania, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Hong Kong, the United Kingdom, and the United States.
At these destinations, the merchandise will be delivered directly to the specified address at no additional cost.
For all other countries, the DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) terms apply; therefore, any local taxes and/or customs duties are the responsibility of the customer.
Please note that any local taxes or customs duties will be charged directly by the carrier and will not be refunded in the event of a return.

AUTHORIZED SHIPPING DELIVERY
Upon delivery, we ask that you carefully inspect the package before signing for it.
If the package appears to have been tampered with or damaged, you may sign with reservation or refuse delivery.
If you encounter any issues, we recommend that you file a complaint immediately and contact RODO at care@rodo.it.
NON-DELIVERY
If the order is not delivered due to reasons attributable to the Customer (incorrect address, incorrect phone number, lack of cooperation, etc.), the package will be returned to Italy.
Any shipping and import costs will be deducted from the refund.
